How it works
We talk through your project, your timeline and what success looks like for you.
Your deal is packaged the way credit committees want to see it, before it ever reaches a lender.
Banks, credit unions and private lenders compete for your loan. You compare real term sheets.
Hands-on through underwriting, appraisal and closing, so nothing stalls at the finish line.
About the founder
Founder & Principal, Alala Financial
Lyla brings nearly two decades of banking experience to every client. She began her career in retail banking leadership, serving as Branch Manager at TD Bank, Sovereign Bank and Bank of America, where she ran full-service banking centers in Fort Lee and Manhattan and built lasting relationships with local business owners.
She then moved into business and commercial banking, serving as Vice President at PNC, M&T Bank, Investors Bank, Capital One and Unity Bank. She has sat on the lender's side of the desk. She knows how deals are underwritten, what moves a credit committee, and where good projects get stuck.
She founded Alala Financial to put that experience to work for borrowers.
“Anyone can find you a loan. My job is to find the creative structure that adds real value to your deal, and to your business long after closing.”
